Common A8 Issues
As a flagship luxury sedan, the A8 has more complex systems than any other Audi model, and many of these require specialist parts as the vehicles age. Air suspension is the single biggest category of A8 parts requests. Compressor failures, leaking air struts, and faulty ride-height sensors are common across all generations that feature air suspension (D3 onwards as standard, optional on the D2). We stock compressors, individual struts for all four corners, valve blocks, and control modules.
Electrical systems are another frequent area of concern. The MMI infotainment system, comfort control modules, and seat memory units can all develop faults. Headlight assemblies on the D4 with Matrix LED technology are expensive new but available at our yard for a fraction of the cost.
